What we collect
When you request an AI Customer Discovery Report we collect your business name, city and state, first name, and email address. A website address, phone number, and your biggest current challenge are optional. We also record the date and wording of the consent you gave and a one-way technical fingerprint of your connection used only to limit spam submissions.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your report, send the report and related emails, and respond if you reply to us. If you opted in to promotional emails we may send occasional tips and offers. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in those emails. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to host this site and its database and to send email. They process your information on our behalf in order to provide those services.
Report privacy
Your report is private. It is reachable only through a private link we send you and it is not listed publicly or indexed. Your contact details and our internal notes are never shown on the report page.
Retention and deletion
We keep report requests and reports for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information or send you a copy at any time by emailing the address below, and we will action the request and confirm by email.
